Kia ora all, my name is Janeya Wilton, and I am a youth worker (kaihapi/kai mahi)here at Kirikiriroa Family Services Trust, and am here to offer my sincerest support and services to the best of my ability, and more importantly to assist and guide rangatahi/tamariki so they are able to find and identify the light in this chaotic world, to help them be a better them, and to live this life as neatly and peacefully as possible. I can understand how controversial or threatening it may seem to allow someone into your life, especially for rangatahi, however despite the title (youth worker) I can say I speak from experience in regards of my understanding. Growing up with Cyphs or now renowned as “Oranga Tamariki” always having some form of presence in my life was always so draining for me personally, growing up in the system, was definitely challenging yet so eye-opening. But I overcame the system in my journey, and I'm here to help rangatahi and tamariki do the same, to live life better, to show them there’s more to it than the life that’s portrayed to us. I understand completely how it is for a lot of whaanau, and rangatahi, and intend on making life a lot better for you all.

An experienced chair and director and a member of the institute of directors. Rachel is the Current chair of Yellow Brick Road, Treasurer of NZ Harlequins Rugby Club, Trustee for Community Living Trust and director of Community Living limited.

Rachel has held previous governance roles with Access Ability Trust, Imagine Better limited, Voice Advocacy Trust, Life unlimited merger committee, Platform Plus Limited, Encroysis New Zealand limited, Manawanui electoral college and Canteen.

Rachel is a Registered Comprehensive Nurse with over 30 years experience in the Mental Health, Addictions and Disability Sectors and over 15 years experience in managing and leading Health Safety and Wellbeing, Risk and Quality Management Systems.

Rachel holds a post graduate certificate in Management Studies and is passionate about workforce development, education and wellbeing. Rachel is an experienced facilitator and educator who currently delivers Pyschological first aid and a range or Mental Health training across New Zealand for NZ Red Cross and LifeKeepers.

An experienced Trust Board member and a member of the institute of directors. Toni is the Current Past Board Chair, serving Kirikiriroa Family Services Trust for over 20 years in a variety of roles.

Toni has held previous governance roles with Hamilton Abuse Intervention Project (HAIP), Christian Camping New Zealand(CCNZ), and Belmont Intermediate School Board.

Toni is a retired Consultant with over 35 years experience in Human Resource Management and Workplace Safety.

Toni holds a Diplomas in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Management Studies, and Workplace Health and Safety.

Her background encompasses governance and executive roles with Not-for-profit and public service organisations at local, regional, and national levels. She possesses a strong ability to formulate and execute innovative strategies, ensuring they align with both whānau and community needs. Her expertise extends to leading change management initiatives and fostering cultural transformations.
